The "Dhuum does cool stuff." might be the same like Abaddon's easter egg.
Just throwing in my thoughts.

I definitely wouldn't expect a new model for him. I'd be very surprised (and happy) if he was a brand-new monster....but in my mind I can't help but imagine him as just a bigger version of one of the NF Demons.

I suppose if I can do this one anyone can. Especially helpful are the maps on page 21 of this thread. And Blaze Thirteen's slooow video:

It took 4 times before I got through. One time was at the end and rubber-banded back to the enemies. I used a cupcake in the pits but didn't really need any consets for the rest of the quest. The maps help a lot if you're unfamiliar with the UW.

He's not crushing them. Regina has said both here and on her wiki journal, that the minipet is NOT a quest reward, and that the only place you can obtain the mini right now is by winning the contest.

Gaile Grey also denied the polar bear. She also said "right now", and the final quest will probably be in 2 days. Isn't there a small chance she doesn't know one of the coders put it in game somewhere?

I do very much doubt it. What would be the point in giving something like that out as a prize if anyone with 9832843 characters could do the chain of quests and get one? What would be the point of entering?

This is a one time quest this year. Let's take the Unded oni (for arguements sake don't talk about duping and banned accounts)... 921 were released and it is roughly 1500e atm. If they give 20 for art contest, and then 900 are released in a coffer of whispers with a 0.000001% droprate, it is still a rare valued mini. The point of entering the contest is therefore a new minipet or a minipet worth 1500e (totally reasonable).

I don't get how the last quest could be to get Dhuum's skeleton I mean he wasn't killed Grenth couldn't do that as we all know I'm thinking we'll probably have to hold off Dhuum's minons to hold the chains down (or whatever they are can't remember atm) while the reapers repair it that's just my [speculation as to what the final quest will be when it's released when it does get to us just thinking aloud here

I kind of hope the mini doesn't get put into normal circulation, too many have become self important in the community and think that they deserve everything everyone else has even if they didn't earn it.
Sure, I'd like the new mini, but did I enter the contest? No, no I did not, and so why should I be able to take away the value of someone's reward for their hard work?
I wouldn't complain if they put a different reward for the end of the quest line, though... like say a mini phantom or the like :-P

I guess Anet can't come up with any new names for quest as they are using old rock songs.

Why create a new mini period? Most of the art contest winners are going to sell the pet for stacks of armbraces. Digital In Game Reward: 7 Stacks of Armbraces.

Yeah, the minis that do get released will only move around between the very high end traders. Also, well, we can expect Wasabi to have one before Wintersday at least >_>
Seems silly. But then, what else can do with all of your duped armbraces \o/ I also really, really, really don't understand the minipet obsession.

The reward could be something entirely new *hint hint*, and it probably won't be tradable.

What are you talking about? Anet has a rich history of punnery. There are loads of quests that make pop culture/historical references. It's amusing in a sad, groan-inducing kind of way.
Edit: And is it too much to hope for, btw, that the rewards are Weapons of Dhuum? I want to weild a Poking Stick of Dhuum. I'd even settle for candy corn weapons as an alternative to the candy cane ones..
